RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted for clothing items within 7 days of purchase in the form of exchange or store credit, providing that the item is in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached. This applies from the day your order has been delivered to you. 

Returns are not accepted for accessories, sticky bras and undergarments including bralettes, bodysuits and gift certificates.

Postage costs are non-refundable, and any additional postage costs required when exchanging an item will need to be covered by the customer.

To return an item, customers should email team@runwaygoddess.com.au quoting your order # to request a return code, which will be supplied within 2 business days. If you do not receive a response, please check your spam box and contact the team again. Customers should write this code on the return parcel and send the unwanted items back to Runway Goddess within 7 days of first receiving the items. It is highly recommended that you obtain tracking details for the return as Runway Goddess will not be held liable for lost parcels or process a return without the physical goods.

All returned goods must be in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and labels intact. Returns may be refused and sent back to the customer at the customer’s own expense should there be any damages, pulls, stains, perfume/other odours, or detached tags and labels, so please take care when trying on your orders.

All returns are processed under video recording, and if a return is rejected there will be photo evidence showing the reason.

Runway Goddess staff reserve the right to reject a return should we conclude it is not in its original state and without tags and labels intact.

Exchange or store credit will be issued within 5 business days once Runway Goddess has accepted the returned goods. The credit value issued will be the total price paid minus the actual postage costs and will be valid for 6 months from issue. Please note actual postage costs may exceed our flat rate shipping rates. For items where 'free shipping' is used, actual postage and handling costs for the order may be deducted from total credit value. 

FAULTY ITEMS

All garments are thoroughly inspected under video recording prior to dispatch and recorded. In the unlikely event that a faulty item was dispatched to the customer, a replacement garment will be sent to the customer at our expense once we have received the returned faulty item.

If the same product is unavailable, the customer is then entitled to an exchange or full refund including postage costs. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is anything wrong with your item. For the return to be accepted, all tags and labels must still be intact.

Please note pulls on delicate fabrics after wear are considered normal wear and tear. If you damaged your garment during wear we will not be held responsible.

Busted zips, straps that are pulled out are not considered major faults.

ACCESSORIES

Returns are not accepted for accessories for hygiene and other reasons. This includes sticky bras, bodysuits, bralettes, jewellery, belts, scarves, hats and bags.

CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS

Returns are not accepted for clearance or sale items. Exchange is only available if there is a fault in the garment and the fault was not specified in the original listing.

IN STORE RETURNS

Runway Goddess stores and physical shops are run separately from the online store. Returns from the online store cannot be returned at our pop up shops, and vice versa. Sales made through the physical stores can be returned back to the store within 7 days in form of exchange or store credit. Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date it was issued. Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind. If a garment has been altered for you, returns are not accepted. Store credits can be redeemed at any of our pop up stores.
